How do I process a return?Updated 4 months ago

We try to make returning items as easy as possible. Please be aware that all items must be returned in a new and unused condition to be accepted for a refund. You can follow this link and if you are not logged into an account, enter your order number and email address to pull up your order. On the right, click the "Return Items" button and select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return via the drop-down boxes. You can then click the "Return Selected Items" button and you will be brought to the return shipping method.

Our return policy states that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. You can elect to pay the return shipping costs out of pocket via the "Customer Shipping" method. If you select this method, you will need to take the return package to a carrier of your choice and ship the parcel to the address that is provided. Or, if your order total is great enough, you can select the "Return Label" shipping method and our website will generate a pre-paid FedEx return label you can use, the cost of which is deducted from your refund. Just attach it to the return package and drop it off at any FedEx drop-off location. 

Once the parcel is received, our policy states that it may take us up to three weeks to fully process the return and issue your refund. Once we check your parcel in and process the return, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method and notify you via the email address we have on file for you.
