How do I process a return?Updated 20 days ago

We try to make returning items as easy as possible. Please be aware that all items must be returned in a new and unused condition to be accepted for a refund. You can follow this link to begin your return or initiate an exchange. 

If you purchased Free Returns during the checkout process, any returnable items from your order can be returned with a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. If you choose not to purchase the Free Returns service, you can still return those items, but you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Please note that all returns, whether free or not, are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy, which may include applicable Restocking Fees. 

Once the parcel is received, our policy states that it may take us up to three weeks to fully process the return and issue your refund. Once we check your parcel in and process the return, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method and notify you via the email address we have on file for you.
