How do I process a return?

We try to make returning items as easy as possible. Please be aware that all items must be returned in a new and unused condition to be accepted for a refund. You can follow this link and if you are not logged into an account, enter your order number

I processed a return, but haven't received my refund.

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received and you should expect to receive your return credit as soon as your return is processed. Processing times will vary based on the volume of incoming returns and can be as long as three week

Should I include a return form when sending my order back?

No, you do not need to include a return form as long as you include the order number in the address line of your return so we know which order the parcel belongs to.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return individual items of an order if you don't need to return every item on the order. You can also return any individual item that was sold as a bundle (ie: tire and tube).
