International shipping methods may require that you pay customs and brokerage fees, duties, etc. at the time you receive your package before the package is released to you. If you do not pay these fees then you are choosing to surrender your shipment to the carrier. These shipments will not be returned to Monster Scooter Parts. Therefore, we will not issue refunds for refused or abandoned International shipments.
