Our website is programmed to delay dispatching orders to our warehouse by 15 minutes to allow for orders to be canceled or modified in the case a mistake or an error is made. In this 15-minute window, you cancel the order yourself online. If you checked out as a guest, follow this link and enter the order number and email address associated with the order. If you were signed into an account when the order was placed, please follow this link to your account. Once the order is pulled up, click the "Cancel Order" button.

Unfortunately, orders that are already in our warehouse shipping process (picked and packed) cannot be canceled.
