We offer international shipping to most countries on orders weighing 20 lbs. or less.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other import charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment may be required before your package is released for delivery.

Canada: Shipments to Canada do not include Clearance Entry Fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to Canadian Customs.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

Once an international order has shipped, ownership of the package transfers to the customer. If an international shipment is refused or goes unclaimed, it is considered abandoned by the customer and will not be returned to Monster Scooter Parts.

Because these shipments are not returned to us, refunds cannot be issued for refused or abandoned international orders.
