Most orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado, allowing fast delivery to most U.S. locations.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET typically ship the next business day.

Most Ground and Standard Shipping orders leave our facility within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information is typically updated by the carrier within 24 hours after the package is shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment to appear while the carrier scans the package into their system.

If you do not see tracking updates immediately, please allow a short time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.


Special Order Items

Items marked as “Special Order” may require additional processing time before shipment. Any additional processing time will be noted on the product page.

Some special order items may ship directly from one of our partner warehouses located throughout the United States, rather than from our Colorado Springs facility. When this occurs, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping location and carrier used.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and could arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.


Delivery Tips

To help ensure smooth delivery, we recommend the following:

  • Keep an eye on your tracking information as your delivery date approaches.
  • If you will not be home, consider having your order shipped to a secure location such as a workplace or another trusted address.
  • Check around your property (front door, porch, garage area, or with neighbors) if a package is marked delivered but not immediately visible.
